You pay per successful claim. There is no fee to create a campaign, and a code nobody scans costs nothing.

This is the platform fee only. You hold the ADA or native token being given away and fund your own campaign; the fee is what Onboard.Ninja takes for running the claim.
Paying in US dollars
The dollar rate per claim has not been set yet. If holding or spending ADA is not something your organisation wants to do, tell us about your event, and we will work out a number for it directly.
Hosted or self-hosted
The rates above are for the hosted service, which runs the campaign's infrastructure for you. The self-hosted build runs the same core workflow on your own infrastructure, and running your own campaigns on it carries no platform fee. Either way, a self-hosted instance keeps claimant addresses, stake keys and the onboarding analysis on your own database, and it still needs an outside service to submit transactions to the chain.
